Chiropractic care is provided by a licensed health care professional. Chiropractors treat problems related to the musculoskeletal system. Dr. Esparza and Dr. Ali will provide a spinal manipulation called an adjustment and can offer other forms of care such as exercise and nutritional counseling. An adjustment is accomplished by applying sustained pressure followed by a gentle thrust to specific joints. The adjustment is designed to improve joint motion and can be delivered to any joint within the body that is in need.

Massage Therapy

Massage therapy is provided by a licensed massage therapist. LMT's can treat tight muscles, improve range of motion and improve blood flow. Our therapists offer multiple types of massage options. Many of our clients utilize both chiropractic care and massage therapy to function at their most optimal level. We do offer massage therapy to non-chiropractic clients as well.

Mrs. Rachel Massage Therapy LMT

Prior to Rachel becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist, she was a dedicated stay-at-home mom to her 8 children. She has always had a compassionate, nurturing side, and so caring for others in the realm of massage therapy comes naturally. She loves her work, and looks forward to working with both new and existing clients.

Rachel’s certifications include Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Prenatal, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage massage. In her spare time, Rachel enjoys being outdoors and spending quality time with family & friends.
